As of today, LHV no longer enables access to exchange traded funds listed on US stock exchanges due to funds’ lack of Key Information Documents. The basis for this decision is the position of the Financial Supervision Authority (Finantsinspektsioon) and following of the regulation no.1286/2014 (PRIIPs) issued by the European Union.
 
In practice this change means the purchase of aforementioned funds are not longer permitted. The sales, safekeeping and covering short positions are not affected by this change.
