Es jau sen pamaniiju, ka pie mums vienmeer kaadam kaut kas nepatik. Zema aktivitaate nepatik. Kad sakas kaada kustiiba, kaa shobriid ar OLFU, arii nepatik. Vajag paskaidrojumus no birzas, Maligina un vispaar hzin no kaa.
Te ir tachu brivajs tirgus un katram ir briiva iespeeja rikoties, kaa vinjsh grib... |

Though the low buyout price raises some eyebrows, low liquidity of Olainfarm could help understand that the buyout is rather directed at larger shareholders of Olainfarm who would have an exit opportunity with the buyout offer. Obviously, to sell a larger shareholding through the stock exchange would not only be time
consuming but could have a negative effect on the stock price. Therefore larger shareholders could have an interest in selling their holding though whether they regard the size of the discount as fair would be up to them. Additionally, the stock price has been at current elevated level for a short period only and
historical 12m average price is still at LVL 2.06 per share, much closer to the buyout price although still at a premium.
For Mr Maligin a voluntary buyout, should it succeed, would not only mean a purchase of the share at a discount to market, but also a chance of gaining a majority control of the company. In addition, the current voluntary tender would not trigger a mandatory buyout, which could be another argument in favor of the voluntary offer for the largest shareholder.
The voluntary buyout therefore makes a lot of sense for Mr Maligin but could make sense also for other major shareholders. As minority shareholders with smaller holdings are unlikely to respond to the offer, there is no threat in our opinion to the current free float of the company diminishing. We do not make any changes to our estimates concerning the stock and retain our “Accumulate” recommendation with LVL 3.45 price target.

OLFA ir vislikvidaka ..vispopularaka starp treideriem un vissperspektivaka ja nemt farm sektors un salidzinajums ar GRDX..(EPS P/E un ta talak)
INT nem..un 2.68 ir panikas bottoms..

| Ja nēbūtu tik milzīgs pārvērtējums salīdzinājuma ar GRD pēc BV, varētu pat paņemt. Tai BV attiecībai pret cenu agri vai vēlu ir tieksme pa brīdim satiksties. |

Man šķiet, ka nupat uzlikts automātiskais 500@3.00 un tā cenšas iztirgot lielāku paketi. Vismaz pie vakardienas lējiena, bija divi, kuriem katram pakete bija pa 7200 gab. Iespējams šodien tiek kāda no tām realizēta mazākos steikos, lai neaizbiedētu...  |

Gribēju mazliet sacelt paniku jau tā sakarsušajiem prātiem
Rādās Maligina piedāvātā cena Ls1.95 par akciju nu jau nemaz nešķiet tik slikts piedāvājums. Pie šādiem tempiem pēc 2 dienām Maligina cena klauvēs pie durvīm kā likts 
Un kad jau Ls1.95 vairs nešķiet tik nesimpātisks, varbūt tomēr pastāv iespēja, ka Maligins dabūs noteikto % no kopskaita un tad jau scenārijs ir skaidrs  |

pēc jūlija pārdošanas apjomu paziņošanas Swedbank saka lūk šo:
The company’s guidance of LVL 29.4m sales means a further LVL 8.7m worth of products needs to be sold during the rest of the year to meet the target. As last year LVL 10.8m was sold during the last five months, the company’s sales growth should stand at -19% for the rest of the year on average. We find it too pessimistic and we adjust our estimates upwards further to LVL 32.6m in 2011,
leading to a LVL 5.1m net profit, according to our adjusted expectations. This implies a net margin of 16%, compared to the company’s guidance of 17% and the first quarter’s result of a 22% net margin. Both our and the company’s expectations now imply a 2011 P/E of 7.2 and EV/EBITDA of 5.1, very attractive levels for a high-growth company. We adjust our target price upwards to LVL 3.6 per share and recommend buying the stock.
